- Report any damages or technical issues immediately
- Ensure high quality finishing and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members on site
- Adhere to company policies and client requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cradle Operator / Window Cleaner
- Valid cradle operator certification/license (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety procedures for working at heights
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Familiar with cleaning tools, chemicals, and methods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic communication skills (English preferred)
