Responsibilities
- Operate cradle/BMU systems safely for high rise façade and window cleaning works
- Perform external glass, façade, and building exterior cleaning as per site requirements
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and working at height regulations
- Ensure assigned daily tasks are completed efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe
- Inspect equipment before use and report any damage, malfunction, or technical issue immediately
- Maintain high standards of cleaning quality and finishing
- Coordinate with site supervisors, safety officers, and team members during operations
- Follow client site rules and maintain professional conduct at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cradle Operator, BMU Operator, or High Rise Window Cleaner
- Experience in façade and glass cleaning for high rise buildings
- Cradle operator certificate/license is preferred
- Knowledge of working at height safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors and at heights
- Familiar with cleaning tools, chemicals, and façade cleaning methods
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions
- Basic English communication skills are preferred

Job Summary
