About the Role
We are seeking a Country Sales Manager to own the CNG sales strategy for UAE, driving revenue growth from CNG fuel sales, station utilization, and B2B contracts. The role involves developing sales plans, closing contracts with fleet operators, and managing a sales team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country level CNG sales strategy and annual sales plan
- Identify and close B2B contracts with fleet operators, logistics companies, public transport, and industrial users
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets
- Build and manage a small sales team or channel partners as the network scales
- Collaborate with marketing to promote CNG benefits and increase station footfall
- Provide regular sales pipeline forecasts and market intelligence
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure profitable pricing, credit control, and service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–12 years' sales experience, including 3 5 years in oil & gas / CNG / energy / fuel retail
- Proven track record of closing large B2B contracts and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of UAE fuel/energy market, especially CNG/alternate fuels
- Leadership capability to build and mentor a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English required, Arabic preferred
