- Brings strong interior design expertise and country-level leadership experience to guide the overall creative direction of the showroom and projects.
- Provides valuable design input to the interior team, including space planning, furniture selection, material coordination, styling concepts, and luxury design solutions.
- Ensures every proposal reflects refined taste, commercial value, and the company’s high-end brand identity.
- Drive Country-Level Business Growth & Revenue Performance
- Leads business development and commercial strategy across the assigned market, ensuring strong revenue growth, sales performance, and market expansion.
- Identifies new opportunities within luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and developer sectors while strengthening the company’s position as a leading provider of premium furniture, interior design, and architectural solutions.
- Manage VIP / VVIP Client Relationships & High-Value Projects
- Acts as the senior point of contact for elite clients, developers, architects, consultants, and corporate decision-makers.
- Provides high-level consultations, design guidance, and strategic project support to secure and manage premium projects from concept to completion.
- Lead Sales, Interior Design & Showroom Teams
- Manages and develops sales consultants, interior designers, and showroom staff to ensure excellent performance, strong product knowledge, refined design understanding, and luxury client service.
- Establishes KPIs, monitors team results, and builds a culture of accountability, creativity, professionalism, and excellence.
• Oversee Furniture, Interior & Architectural Solutions
- Ensures all client proposals combine luxury furniture, interior design concepts, space planning, finishes, and architectural details into one cohesive vision.
- Works closely with design, technical, and execution teams to deliver accurate, elegant, and commercially strong presentations.
- Maintain Premium Showroom Standards & Brand Image
- Oversees showroom operations, product displays, visual merchandising, styling, lighting, ambiance, and overall presentation.
- Ensures the showroom reflects the prestige, elegance, and luxury positioning of the brand at all times.
• Lead High-Value Proposals, Pricing & Negotiations
- Reviews and approves major quotations, furniture proposals, interior design packages, and architectural service fees.
- Leads negotiations with high-value clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining premium service standards.
- Build Relationships with Global Brands, Suppliers & Partners
- Strengthens partnerships with international furniture brands, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and design partners.
- Ensures access to updated collections, materials, samples, technical details, and exclusive offerings that support business growth.
- Ensure Exceptional Client Experience & After-Sales Service
- Oversees the complete client journey, from initial consultation and design presentation to delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Ensures every client receives a seamless, professional, and luxury-level experience.
- Support Marketing, Brand Visibility & Market Positioning
- Collaborates on showroom events, collection launches, exhibitions, designer partnerships, campaigns, and market activations to increase brand visibility and attract premium clients.
• Provide Strategic Reporting & Business Insights
Prepares weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, pipeline, client feedback, team productivity, and market opportunities.
Provides strategic recommendations to senior management to improve growth, operations, and profitability.
