As a Counsel, Client Solutions (Regulatory) you will provide general legal advice and direction to various stakeholders, with an emphasis on supporting our property and casualty insurance business. You will support a range of strategic projects, offer guidance and assistance to our compliance and privacy teams, and review, draft and negotiate contracts.​

Providing legal advice and guidance on various issues related to all facets of our property and casualty business, including both personal and commercial lines of business.

Advising on privacy issues.

Negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts (such as distribution, reinsurance and networking agreements), insurance policies and endorsements, and internal guidelines.

Cultivating and maintaining effective relationships with key legal and business personnel.

Representing the organization in industry groups and committees, pro-actively identifying and actioning process improvements, and keeping current on legislation and legal developments
