Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting career opportunity, supporting an iconic program based in the clients office in Riyadh.

We are seeking a proactive Cost Management Quantity Surveying professional, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Delivering pre contract cost management services from concept design through detailed design

+ Managing commissions to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.

+ Cost Planning, Estimating, benchmarking

+ Procurement services, including pre qualification and commercial bid reviews

+ Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects

Who we’re looking for:

+ MRICS chartered, or clear MRICS Chartership pathway

+ Excellent experience of pre contract cost management

+ 8+ years post graduate experience in all aspects of quantity surveying

+ 3+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia

+ 3+ years’ experience with a top QS consultancy organisation

+ Experience of building projects and major mixed use developments

+ Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written

+ Degree in Quantity Surveying

+ MRICS or equivalent chartered status

+ Fluent English level written and oral skills

+ Arabic desirable

+ Transferable Iqama
