Responsibilities
- Delivering post contract commercial management services
- Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with Gleeds procedures
- Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships
- Delivering high quality services and ensuring cost management deliverables meet Clients’ requirements
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
- Providing senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects
- Administering contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent
- Producing and presenting reports to Clients
- Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects
Requirements
- MRICS or FRICS Chartered
- 15+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying
- 3+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia
- 3+ years’ experience with a consultancy organization
- Has operated as Senior Commercial Manager delivering giga building projects
- Experience of giga scale building projects, hospitality and education
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of post contract commercial management
- Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written
- Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Fluent English level written and oral skills

Who we’re looking for

Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS or equivalent chartered status
- Fluent English level written and oral skills
- Arabic desirable
- Transferable Iqama
