- Previous Middle East experience
- Experience on a variety of projects such as hospitality, leisure, residential and retail
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well disciplined and commercially astute

Job Overview
- Currie & Brown are looking for a Cost Manager with Hospital projects experience to join our growing team in Dubai.
You will be:
- Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients.
- Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments.
- Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control.
- Undertaking cost management services as part of a team.
- Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in the cost management of projects.
- Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; building great client relationships.
What do you need?:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) preferred but not essential.
- Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firm.
- Previous Middle East experience.
- Experience on a variety of projects such as hospitality, leisure, residential and retail.
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well disciplined and commercially astute.
