Role Overview
Manage measurement, estimating, bills of quantities, post-contract cost control, and commercial reporting for building and MEP works.
Support project success, client confidence, competitive pricing, and margin protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure building and MEP works and prepare commercially astute estimates.
- Produce detailed Bills of Quantities.
- Manage post-contract cost variances, change control, and interim applications.
- Collaborate with commission leads on reports and information.
- Interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate strong building and MEP measurement capability.
- Have in-depth knowledge of market prices and building or MEP works pricing.
- Show commercial judgment, accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of produced work.
- Communicate confidently with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
