Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works including piping, structural, equipment installation, fabrication, maintenance, and shutdown projects
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work
- Conduct quantity take offs and prepare BOQs
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare manpower, equipment, material, and subcontract cost calculations
- Support tender submissions and commercial proposals
- Identify project risks and opportunities during estimation stage
- Develop project budgets and cost control systems
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
- Track labor, material, equipment, and subcontract costs
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in cost estimation and cost control for mechanical works
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and estimation software
- Additional certification in Cost Engineering, Estimation, or Project Management preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional certification in Cost Engineering, Estimation, or Project Management is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and estimation software
