- Assist in preparing project budgets in cooperation with all concerned parties
- Monitor and capture actual costs against budgets and identify variances, providing analysis and recommendations
- Integrate work progress with incurred costs to develop cost KPIs
- Prepare detailed forecasting reports, accurately highlight variances, and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to optimize costs
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Prepare regular cost control reports for management review
- Maintain cost records and documentation to support audits and compliance
