Job Details
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
- The work location is in person.
- The required experience is a minimum of 3 years in the UAE or Gulf region.
- The industry is construction and contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets and cost control reports.
- Track project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Analyze variances and provide cost forecasts.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial performance summaries.
- Review subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Ensure adherence to company cost control procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer in the UAE or GCC construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost control tools, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
