- Review cost estimates and recommend improvements for future budgets and procurement strategies
- Manage project accounting databases to ensure accuracy, security, and timely updates
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
- Prepare monthly project forecasts based on ongoing activities and team inputs
- Generate monthly cost reports to ensure expenditures remain within budget
- Support accounts receivable during billing cycles; monitor billing status and resolve unbilled items
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in project cost control and planning
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera preferred
