About the Role
Emirates Industrial Panel (EIP) is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support the Finance & Accounts team. The role involves recording daily transactions, reconciliation, VAT documentation, and assisting with month-end closing.

- Record daily financial transactions across AP, AR, and GL modules
- Assist with invoice preparation, billing, and follow up on customer payments
- Perform basic reconciliation tasks, including bank, supplier, and customer accounts
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance
- Support the preparation of journal entries and monthly closing activities
- Assist with VAT documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial data
- Help manage petty cash records and staff expense claims
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of UAE VAT compliance is an advantage
