Responsibilities
- Manage and support day to day CORTEX operations within the banking environment
- Monitor CORTEX applications, services, interfaces, and batch processing
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Handle application alerts, failures, and operational issues within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, middleware, network, and application teams
- Support deployment, release, patching, and production change activities
- Perform health checks and ensure high availability and system performance
- Manage incident, problem, and change requests using ITSM tools
- Prepare operational reports, incident analysis, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with banking security policies, operational controls, and audit requirements
- Participate in on call and production support activities when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CORTEX Operations, Application Support, or Production Support
- Strong hands on experience with CORTEX systems/applications
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is required
- Strong knowledge of production operations, incident management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, databases, and application monitoring tools
- Understanding of batch processing, system interfaces, APIs, and application integrations
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a high availability and critical banking production environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- ITIL certification (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced CORTEX Operations Specialist to support, monitor, and manage CORTEX application operations within a banking environment.
- The role is responsible for ensuring system availability, operational stability, incident resolution, and effective coordination with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day to day CORTEX operations within the banking environment.
- Monitor CORTEX applications, services, interfaces, and batch processing.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Handle application alerts, failures, and operational issues within agreed SLAs.
