Corporate Vehicles Administration Coordinator

• Experience: Three or more years of professional-level experience in a related field. Previous experience working with the Department of Motor Vehicles is preferred.
• Job Knowledge and Skills: Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills required for team collaboration and customer satisfaction, both in person and over the phone/video calls. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage complex tasks quickly and work independently and within a team environment.
• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Computer Skills: General Microsoft Office Suite skills, with an emphasis on Excel. Ability to utilize and learn new systems quickly, including eGAMS.
• Physical Requirements:
• Lifting: 5-15 pounds
• This position will work in various weather conditions, outside with vehicle exchanges year-round.
• Ability to perform work onsite at Somerset, NJ.
• Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
