Responsibilities
- Build and execute a SMART Sales Strategy
- Define and execute tactical initiatives to win business
- Work with the Marketing Department and other stakeholders
- Identify and target prospective corporate clients through own contacts, cold calls, networking, and industry events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs
- Understand client travel policies and propose customized travel solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software
Requirements
- Familiarity and experience in the UAE market in Corporate Travel Sales
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate travel or the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Numbers driven with an analytical mindset
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with travel industry systems (GDS, etc.) is a plus
- Prior experience working on a CRM system or other Sales tools would be an added advantage
