Role Overview
The organization is seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and independent Corporate Services & Authority Operations Specialist.
The role manages the complete lifecycle of client entities across UAE Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions.
The position combines portal execution, legal drafting, corporate secretarial work, client-facing field representation, and government liaison.
Travel and Field Representation
- Approximately 50% local travel is required.
- The role includes accompanying clients to medical fitness centres, ICP biometrics offices, notaries, banks, and government departments across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute incorporations, trade license renewals, corporate amendments, and complex company liquidations.
- Process establishment cards, quota applications, work permits, and employee or investor residency visas.
- Draft board and shareholder resolutions, Powers of Attorney, and No Objection Certificates.
- Coordinate MOFA attestations, legal translations, and DIFC or ADGM Will registrations.
- Assist with bank account-opening documentation and compliance follow-ups.
- Prepare physical or virtual office agreements, including Ejari, Tawtheeq, and Flexi-desk arrangements.
Core Qualifications
- Experience with UAE Free Zone and Mainland company lifecycle management is required.
- Experience with UAE government, immigration, and Free Zone portals is required.
- The role requires independent execution, legal drafting, corporate secretarial capability, and client-facing field representation.
