Key Responsibilities

• **Strategy Development & Planning**
• ○ Lead the development of strategic roadmaps for Technology or Digitalization initiatives
• ○ Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and strategic frameworks
• ○ Align departmental strategies with government transformation agendas
• **Digital Transformation & Innovation**
• ○ Identify and drive digital transformation opportunities across corporate services functions
• ○ Support the development of digital maturity models and frameworks
• ○ Leverage emerging technologies to enhance service and efficiency
• **Operating Model & Process Enhancement**
• ○ Design future-state operating models that are scalable and efficient
• ○ Lead process re-engineering and optimization initiatives using digital tools and methodologies
• ○ Ensure alignment with government standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
• **Technology Expertise**
• ○ Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts (business, application, data and infrastructure layers)
• ○ Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, HR and finance platforms) and system integration approaches (APIs and middleware)
• ○ Familiarity with cloud technologies, infrastructure environments, and modern application ecosystems
• ○ Working knowledge of data analytics, data platforms and reporting tools
• ○ Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and technology risk management
• **Digital & Emerging Technologies**
• ○ Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, automation (RPA), and advanced analytics
• ○ Ability to assess and recommend technology solutions that support digital transformation and service improvement
• ○ Experience contributing to modernization or digital enablement initiatives

Required Experience

• **4+ years of relevant experience**
• in consulting, strategy, operations, or transformation roles
• Background in

Strategy & Development

• Proven experience within in Saudi Arabia or equivalent defense entities in the region
• Proven experience in one of the following areas:
• ○ Technology Strategy: IT strategy, enterprise architecture and systems planning
• ○ Digitalization Strategy: digital transformation, automation, smart services and process digitization
• Strong understanding of public sector operations and corporate services functions
• Experience working within national transformation programs or large-scale initiatives is highly desirable

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) is preferred but not required
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with Saudi government frameworks, digital governance models, or national platforms
• Experience contributing to initiatives aligned with Vision 2030 programs
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, TOGAF, or digital transformation certifications)
