- Previous experience in a waiter, butler, or hospitality service role — preferably in a 5 star hotel, luxury corporate, or executive lounge environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver attentive, discreet, and professional beverage and refreshment service
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally warm, respectful, and service oriented approach
- Well spoken with clear and professional verbal communication in English
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple room setups and service requirements simultaneously
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive — able to anticipate needs and act without being prompted
- Immaculate personal grooming and professional appearance at all times
- Refined service etiquette consistent with 5 star hotel hospitality standards
- Knowledge of formal service protocols, including silver service or butler style serving techniques
- Basic knowledge of beverage types, coffee preparation methods, and dietary or allergy considerations
- Experience working in a corporate office environment or executive hospitality setting
- Ability to communicate in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
