Overview
Our client, a leading National EPC and Maintenance Contractor in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Industries in Qatar is looking for a Corporate HSE Manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to the ongoing development, implementation and compliance monitoring of the company's corporate health & safety and environmental (HSE) programs.
There will be emphasis on refining and reinforcing these programs and championing greater safety awareness throughout the organization.
The training development and motivation of competent Safety staff is also a major responsibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Engineering or Masters in HSE or equivalent (Nebosh Level 6/IOSH or equivalent)
- Professional Safety accreditation with an internationally recognized body, i.e. Nebosh, IOSH or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of diversified experience in HSE in EPC projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE Management role
- High level of commercial, cost and contractual awareness
