- Provide executive level leadership across all engineering disciplines within the program
- Oversee technical strategy, design governance, engineering integration, and delivery assurance
- Lead coordination between client, PMC, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless technical execution
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and performance benchmarks
- Review and approve major technical submissions, design packages, and engineering deliverables
- Identify risks, resolve critical technical issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements
- Support senior leadership in decision making, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and value engineering initiatives across the program
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Requirements
- Strong PMC or client side leadership experience
- Proven track record delivering major programs, giga projects, or large scale developments in the GCC
- Deep understanding of multi disciplinary engineering, design management, and complex program delivery
- Experience working with government entities, master developers, or high profile clients
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, or the wider GCC
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 10 years of hospitality project experience (Required)
- 10 years of GCC region experience (Required)
- PMP certification (Preferred)

Overview
- Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Chief Engineer/Senior Executive Director to be seconded into a major, high‑profile program in Riyadh.
- This C‑level role requires strategic technical leadership, oversight of multi‑disciplinary engineering functions, and the ability to drive delivery excellence across complex, large‑scale development initiatives.
- The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical authority, guiding program‑wide engineering direction, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
- Compensation will be open and tailored to the selected candidate, with no fixed salary bracket.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive‑level leadership across all engineering disciplines within the program.
- Oversee technical strategy, design governance, engineering integration, and delivery assurance.
- Lead coordination between client, PMC, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless technical execution.

Compensation
- Pay: From ﷼100,000.00 per month
