- Bachelor degree (business, IT, Marketing, engineering, marketing)
- EFQM certified assessor (EAT) or fully aware of the model
- Previous experience in coordinating training
- Previous experience in preparing training calendars and working closely with clients in customizing courses
- Excellent communication and proactive personality
- Bilingual and efficient in producing technical writing
- Mastering all computer/office programs in relation to training management

Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the training courses in the field of corporate excellence in collaboration with EFQM and other entities.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree (business, IT, Marketing, engineering, marketing)
- MBA/Master will be A+
- EFQM certified assessor (EAT) or fully aware of the model
- Previous experience in coordinating training
- Previous experience in preparing training calendars and working closely with clients in customizing courses
Skills
