Corporate EHS Manager

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide EHS policies, programs, and safety culture initiatives.
• Oversee hazard identification, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Advise leadership and operations teams on compliance, performance metrics, and EHS strategy.
• Manage environmental permitting, documentation, and regulatory agency interactions.
• Oversee safety training, SOPs, and onboarding to support workforce competency.
• Chair the Corporate Safety Committee and lead cross-functional safety collaboration.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response programs and maintain and test emergency infrastructure.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and KPI tracking to monitor EHS performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of safety leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of management or senior supervisory experience.
