Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of cumulative experience in Human Resources Management
- Extensive experience in organisational design and effectiveness, workforce planning and Customer-focused HR practices
- Experience in driving medium/large-scale HR projects and proven performance in stakeholder management
- Ability to work at all levels with clients and management
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or other relevant discipline
