Job Summary
The CCTV Operator monitors and operates surveillance systems to protect people, property, and assets.
The role identifies suspicious activity and security incidents, reports them promptly, and maintains accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras for suspicious, unauthorized, or unsafe activities.
- Observe and report emergencies, theft, vandalism, accidents, and other irregularities.
- Respond to alarms and suspicious activity according to established security procedures.
- Communicate with guards, supervisors, management, and emergency services when required.
- Record incidents, observations, and actions in the CCTV or security logbook.
- Review and retrieve CCTV footage for investigations or incident verification.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
