Role Overview
The Corporate Communications Specialist will drive clear, engaging, and aligned messaging across the organization.
The role owns the intranet web portal, creates content, supports communications, and helps strengthen company culture through events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intranet web portal and create new pages based on department requests.
- Develop and maintain intranet content to keep employees across regional operating companies informed and connected.
- Support internal and external communication strategies and campaigns.
- Gather departmental updates and share organizational successes company-wide.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Create newsletters, announcements, and other internal communication content.
- Support internal and external event planning and execution.
- Support public relations and external communications activities as needed.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships where required.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other simple design tools.
- Experience managing an intranet or internal web portal, including creating and updating pages.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and regions.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting internal and external events.
