Corporate Communications & Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications & Public Relations Specialist for one of our clients in the health insurance industry .

This temporary position will be responsible for developing, writing, editing, and coordinating internal and external communications while supporting initiatives that strengthen the organization’s brand positioning, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Develop and draft communication plans and initiatives for various lines of business and organizational areas, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with established standards.
• Write, edit, and standardize content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, press releases, articles, letters, brochures, scripts, and other communication materials.
• Develop and adapt health-related content for traditional and digital communication channels.
• Review and edit communications to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, spelling, style, clarity, and consistency in both English and Spanish.
• Support corporate initiatives, educational events, clinical and provider communications, and other organizational activities.
• Coordinate interviews, video productions, external translation services, and other communication-related activities as needed.
• Review and update website and digital content within established deadlines and recommend improvements to published materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic communication partners to identify opportunities that strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and engagement with key stakeholders.
