Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience as a professional Copywriter in advertising agencies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sales and conversion results
- Exceptional understanding of consumer psychology and benefits driven copy
- Native fluency in Arabic and excellent English proficiency
- Data driven mindset with attention to impactful vocabulary

المهام والمسؤوليات (The Mandate)
- صياغة وتحويل الأفكار المعقدة إلى نصوص بيعية قوية وعالية التحويل (High Converting Copy) مخصصة للحملات الإعلانية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- تطوير الرسائل الإعلانية الموجهة (Direct Response Copy) التي تحفز الجمهور المستهدف على اتخاذ إجراءات فورية ومباشرة (CTAs).
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التسويق والنمو (Growth Teams) لتصميم واختبار عناوين الحملات (A/B Testing)، وتحسين أداء الإعلانات.
- الحفاظ على نبرة صوت العلامة التجارية (Brand Voice) عبر كافة القنوات البيعية والتسويقية.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة (The Profile)
- خبرة عملية مثبتة وتصاعدية من 5 إلى 8 سنوات كـ Copywriter محترف داخل وكالات إعلانية، مع وجود سابقة أعمال (Portfolio) قوي.
- مهارة استثنائية في فهم دوافع الشراء، وصياغة العروض التسويقية الجذابة، وتحويل الميزات التقنية إلى منافع.
- إتقان تام وطلاقة أصلية في اللغة العربية، مع إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية.
- عقلية تسويقية تركز على الأرقام والنتائج (Data Driven)، اهتمام دقيق باختيار المفردات المؤثرة.
