Develop training materials, learning content, and educational resources based on defined learning objectives.
Create content for manuals, participant guides, workbooks, facilitator guides, presentations, e-learning modules, and learning activities.
Content Development
- Research topics using subject-matter experts, reference materials, and reliable sources.
- Convert complex or technical information into clear, concise, learner-friendly content.
- Structure content to support effective learning and knowledge retention.
- Develop examples, case studies, scenarios, exercises, quizzes, and assessment questions.
Collaboration and Quality
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts, trainers, instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers.
- Ensure training content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Review, edit, and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and follow organizational branding, formatting, and quality standards.
Content Maintenance
- Conduct content reviews and updates to keep training materials current and relevant.
- Support digital learning content and online training materials when required.
