About the role
MSP Corp is seeking a Copilot AI and Power Platform Consultant for its Enterprise Applications and Professional Services team.
The role translates client needs into AI solutions and requires experience working with business users and IT resources.
Location and schedule
- The position is remote and based in Canada.
- The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and Microsoft to identify and prioritize AI-driven use cases.
- Translate business needs into Copilot and agent solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Develop agents and automated workflows with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, custom connectors, Agent Flow, and Microsoft 365.
Agent solution delivery
- Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents with agent architecture, intent modeling, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
- Apply Microsoft Work IQ expertise to AI agents and stay current with Microsoft AI and Power Platform updates.
