About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise activities of service or technical personnel
- Ensure all Coiled Tubing equipment is in a state of readiness
- Perform QA/QC and HSE inspections/audits of equipment and job site
- Analyse non conformance reports and equipment maintenance reports, initiate corrective action
- Verify all relevant activity documentation and suggest modifications to procedures
- Visit customer locations/offices and participate in planned meetings
- Ensure timely action to eliminate non conformances and follow up on closures
- Monitor daily progress of jobs and projects
- Provide technical guidance and work direction to field staff
- Comply with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice
- Handle special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in an oilfield operations environment
- Good knowledge of computer software skills
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Ability to use highly specialized and advanced skills in problem recognition and solution development
- Fluency in spoken and written English

Job Purpose
- Coordinates all operations related to Coiled Tubing in Oilfield Services.
