The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring activities to increase awareness, engagement and growth amongst our health care community. This role collaborates with various teams to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate CIHI’s value proposition to healthcare professionals, stakeholders and clients.

1. Assist the Corporate Marketing Team in the development of marketing materials and communications that are tailored to CIHI’s target audiences and aligned with CIHI’s corporate strategic goals and priorities. 2. Liase with various internal departments (e.g. editing, translation, design and web) to produce and coordinate content that supports corporate marketing initiatives on various channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and stakeholder marketing material. 3. Work alongside the Senior Coordinator to plan and coordinate virtual and in person events, such as webinars, conferences and workshops. Support event logistics, including promotion, registration and post event follow up engagement. 5. Work closely with CIHI’s internal stakeholders to develop marketing material for stakeholder engagement opportunities. Ensure consistent brand message across all materials. Foster relationships with industry partners and influencers.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, client support, education, or communications roles. • Experience with Google Analytics, Web Content Management and SharePoint. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration tools. • Understanding of the benefits of developing and using customer personas. • Understanding of marketing analysis principles and the engagement lifecycle. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team environment including demonstrating initiative and taking ownership of work. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality with the ability to multi-task.
