- Ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles and proper passenger to vehicle allocation
- Monitor trip acceptance, departure, and arrival times, addressing delays
- Coordinate daily driver deployment in collaboration with Operations Supervisor
- Investigate and resolve driver related complaints
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after duty
- Monitor all driver trips to ensure timely client arrivals
- Track fleet movements and routes using fleet management system
- Conduct daily driver grooming audits and submit reports
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 4 years hands on experience in chauffeur services operations, transportation operations, fleet coordination, or similar role
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Active listening and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operational priorities
- Fluent English is required

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee driver coordination, fleet operations, and client service delivery.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in chauffeur services, transportation operations, or aviation related operations, with strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Russian speaking female candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and proper passenger to vehicle allocation.
- Ensure all drivers report for duty at least 10 minutes before their shift starts.
- Monitor trip acceptance, departure, and arrival times, addressing any delays that may impact operations or client satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily driver deployment in collaboration with the Operations Supervisor.
- Identify training requirements and recommend development opportunities for drivers.
- Investigate and resolve driver related complaints in coordination with the Supervisor and clients.
- Identify high performing drivers for future promotion opportunities and recommend them to management.
- Motivate drivers to improve productivity, performance, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all driver KPIs and operational standards.
- Escalate operational issues to the Supervisor as required.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after duty to ensure all fleet vehicles are free from damage.
- Follow and complete vehicle inspection checklists accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands on experience in chauffeur services operations, transportation operations, fleet coordination, or a similar role.
- Aviation or airport operations experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Active listening and excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operational priorities effectively.
