Coordinator - Distribution

Coordinate domestic and export deliveries to ensure products are delivered safely, compliantly, and on time;

Manage transportation activities across road, rail, port, and warehouse operations while maintaining alignment to customer and shipping schedules;

Prepare, review, and manage transport, shipping, and export documentation to support seamless operations;

Monitor inventory levels, perform stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support stocktake activities;

Process logistics transactions and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records using SAP and related systems;

Build strong working relationships with manufacturing teams, logistics providers, shipping partners, and internal stakeholders to drive efficient outcomes;

Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with transport, dangerous goods, environmental, and operational requirements.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport scheduling, distribution, or a related operational environment;

Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and delivery schedules;

Knowledge of freight, warehousing, transport operations, export logistics, or shipping processes;

Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems, with SAP experience highly regarded;

A proactive, safety-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
