Position Details

Job category: Food and Beverage and Culinary.

Schedule: Full time.

Position type: Non-management.

The position is not remote and is located on Airport Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Role Overview

Prepare food to a high culinary standard and help create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests.

Work with a dedicated culinary team on seasonal menus and unique presentations.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes or the menu.
  • Cook food and prepare high-quality menu products in a timely manner.
  • Taste food to ensure preparation and temperature are correct.
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.

What We Seek

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and attention to detail.
  • Bring a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
  • Previous kitchen experience is considered a great advantage.
  • Be able to move and lift up to 25 pounds or 10 kilograms.
  • Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform.

Desirable Aptitudes

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
  • At least one year of related work experience is listed as desirable.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Pre-Employment Safety

  • Complete training and certification on safety before employment.
