Role Overview

Prepare fresh ingredients and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes or menus.

Tasks

  • Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes or menus.
  • Cook food and prepare high-quality dishes within prescribed timeframes.
  • Test dishes to verify preparation and temperature.
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and food storage containers.
  • Work closely with culinary professionals and contribute to guest dining experiences.

Qualifications

  • Excellent teamwork and strong attention to detail are required.
  • A positive attitude and outgoing personality are sought.
  • Previous kitchen experience is an important advantage.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
  • At least one year of related work experience is recommended.
  • The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds or 11 kilograms and standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods.
  • Safety training and a safety certificate must be completed before starting the role.
