About the Role

- Technical background or proven ability to work closely with product and technology teams
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and service operations
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- Ability to establish processes, policies, and operational guidelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus)
