Responsibilities
- Oversee the plan for activating and expanding branches in a gradual and organized manner
- Build and manage field coordinator teams and follow up on their performance
- Develop and improve daily operational processes (SOPs) to ensure service quality
- Monitor operational KPIs and provide periodic reports to management
- Coordinate with the strategic partner (laboratories) to resolve any operational conflicts
- Contribute to solving operational problems quickly and efficiently to support company growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or startup
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple teams in different locations
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment with limited resources
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Leadership personality, decisive, and able to handle pressure of rapid growth environment

الدور
- نبحث عن مدير تشغيل يقود التوسع التشغيلي لشور عبر شبكة الفروع، ويضمن جودة التنفيذ اليومي وانضباط مؤشرات الأداء، بالتنسيق المباشر مع فريق القيادة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على خطة تفعيل الفروع وتوسيعها بشكل تدريجي ومنظم
- بناء وإدارة فرق المنسقين الميدانيين ومتابعة أدائهم
- تطوير وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية اليومية (SOPs) لضمان جودة الخدمة
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء التشغيلي (KPIs) وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة
- التنسيق مع الشريك الاستراتيجي (المختبرات) لحل أي تعارضات تشغيلية
- المساهمة في حل المشكلات التشغيلية بسرعة وكفاءة لدعم نمو الشركة
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن ١٠ سنوات في إدارة العمليات، ويُفضّل خبرة في القطاع الصحي أو الستارت أب
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة في مواقع مختلفة
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التغيّر مع موارد محدودة
- إجادة العربية والإنجليزية
- شخصية قيادية، حاسمة، وتتحمل ضغط بيئة النمو السريع
