Controls Systems Engineer / Systems Designer

What We Look For

• - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a diploma in Engineering Technology, Building Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• - Experience in building automation systems, HVAC controls, fire systems, or related low-voltage systems.
• - Knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, and system integration protocols such as BACnet or LON.
• - Experience with system design tools, drafting software, and technical documentation.
• - Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• - Ability to troubleshoot, commission, and validate complex systems.
• - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• - Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering/design software.
• -Proficiency in both English and French is considered a strong asset.
• HIRING HOURLY RANGE:$32,01 - $40,15 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
