2+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, JIT, assembly, or a related environment.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of industrial controls systems, automated assembly, electronic devices, and communication protocols.
Experience with Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, Siemens STEP 7, PLC programming, C++, C#, and ladder logic.
Experience programming FANUC robots and COGNEX cameras.
Advanced computer and controls troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments and facilities.
Proficiency in English.
Experience with Phoenix PC Works, Interbus, DeviceNet, RSView, or ControlLogix.
Experience with additional manufacturing automation or controls technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimal travel required
