Controls Engineer III

• You work independently on complex technical assignments.
• You make sound decisions in high-pressure environments.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You follow protocol and plan for risk in a 24/7 operational setting.
• You collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
• You take ownership of system performance and follow through on commitments.
• You identify practical improvements that increase reliability and efficiency.

• 4–7 years of experience installing, programming, and maintaining HVAC building management systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data center or critical facility environments.
• Experience with transformers, air handling units, cooling towers, pumping systems, and chilled water systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Experience working safely around live electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Software Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Industry certifications related to HVAC controls or building automation systems.
