This is a hybrid position based near one of our Minneapolis, Phoenix, or Las Vegas offices.

The successful candidate will have progressive corporate accounting experience, preferably in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry with a multi-office firm.

We're seeking a team player with experience working with accounting software — experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Controller will work closely with department and business leaders and manage the corporate accounting team.

They should be highly motivated and thrive in a collaborative workspace, driving change with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate accounting and internal control systems to meet goals and create efficiencies
• Maintain internal controls and safeguards for revenue, costs, program budgets, and actual expenditures
• Coordinate external audit activity
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements
