Position Summary A Controller is responsible for overseeing an organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Job Summary: The Controller manages the accounting department and oversees all financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.

This role ensures the accuracy of financial records, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and provides financial insights to support organizational growth.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Improve accounting systems, processes, and financial reporting efficiency.
• Support strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial initiatives as needed.
