PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Education : Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in social services or closely related field strongly preferred but not required.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing similar programs serving people with developmental disabilities or those needing similar services.
- Competencies: Communication Proficiency, Client Focus, Independent Judgment, Advocacy, Ethical Conduct, and Flexibility
Special Training/ Skills
- Knowledge of governmental benefits.
- Licensure/ Certification: CPR required upon hire and every 2 years thereafter. Valid Texas Driver’s License in good standing.
