Allied Universal® is hiring a Controller.
The Controller position is chartered with financial business partnership to the Northeast region (approximately $1.8B in annual revenue).
In this role, the Controller will serve as a trusted advisor to management teams on items such as monthly operating results and opportunity identification aimed at increasing revenue, improving profitability, and cash flow performance.
Key functions include close facilitation, business analysis, budgeting/forecasting and cash acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Develop accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishes functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
- Oversee accounting function; selection and placement of team members; design and implement career development and performance improvement plans
- Drive management of markup economics (pay and bill rate management)
- Accurately and timely manage the company’s monthly close process for the business units by working with corporate resources and driving efficiency and standardization in the accounting group inclusive of customer/job financial performance analysis
