Role Description
- The Control Room Manager (Camera Monitor) is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras and control room systems to ensure safety, security, and smooth operations across designated facilities.
Day to day tasks
- Observing live camera feeds, identifying and reporting unusual activities.
- Coordinating with front office and field teams.
- Documenting incidents and actions taken.
- Responding to customer or internal inquiries.
- Managing reservations or access requests when required.
- Maintaining accurate logs and reports.
- Working closely with other departments to support efficient communication and timely resolution of operational issues.
Qualifications
- Strong control room operations skills, including camera monitoring and incident reporting.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Customer service skills to handle inquiries, issues, and support requests professionally.
- Experience with reservations or access management systems, and related administrative tasks.
- Front office or reception experience, including handling calls, visitors, and basic documentation.
- Ability to remain attentive and calm under pressure, with strong situational awareness.
- Basic technical proficiency with surveillance systems, computers, and office software.
- Previous experience in security, facilities management, or control room operations is an advantage.
