Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a performance management framework aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
- Define and monitor KPIs for dam operations, maintenance, asset reliability, safety, quality, and contractor performance.
- Measure performance against KPIs, service-level agreements, contracts, and agreed targets.
- Analyze operational data, trends, recurring issues, and deviations from planned results.
- Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and management reports highlighting risks, gaps, achievements, and decisions.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions and monitor them through verified closure.
- Develop performance-control policies, procedures, reporting templates, and data-validation methods.
- Review contractor and project-team performance information for quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Evaluate contractor and consultant performance against contractual and service-level requirements.
- Coordinate performance reviews with operations, maintenance, engineering, planning, contracts, safety, quality, and risk teams.
- Identify performance-monitoring automation opportunities and benchmark results against industry good practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and technical reports; present findings and coordinate with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 16 years of professional experience in control, monitoring, and performance management.
- Experience developing and managing operational and strategic KPIs.
- Strong experience in performance analysis, dashboards, management reporting, and corrective-action monitoring.
- Experience assessing performance against service-level agreements, contractual requirements, and operational targets.
- Ability to analyze complex operational data and convert findings into practical recommendations.
