Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans for buildings construction projects.
- Integrate QA/QC processes into project schedules with project teams.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout construction and verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Implement corrective actions for identified deviations.
- Establish standards for materials and workmanship and ensure approved materials are used.
- Maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Provide QA/QC performance reports to project stakeholders.
- Train project teams and subcontractors on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
- Promote quality awareness and accountability on the project site.
- Monitor regulations and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors on quality concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive QA/QC management experience focused on schools and car parking construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Professional QA/QC or related certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
