We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Contract Secretary to join our team in the Oil & Gas Drilling sector.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Tendering and Contracts framing within the Onshore or Offshore Oil & Gas Drilling Industry
Strong command of English communication
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to manage documentation, correspondence, and multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, especially in high-pressure and deadline-driven environments
Preferred Profile
Candidates with strong practical industry experience will be considered even without extensive formal educational qualifications
Ability to work independently and support contract and tendering processes effectively
Detail-oriented with strong administrative and follow-up capabilities
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
